A bioluminescence-inspired mermaid gown designed and constructed for the NBAF Fashion Forward College Edition competition. Built in deep navy and royal blue liquid organza with a sculptural wing collar that rises off the shoulder. The silhouette is fitted through the body and flares at the hem to move like water and catch the light.
